Oven baked potatoes - easy, interesting and very tasty
-rosemary (I replaced it with thyme)
-sweet paprika powder (I used it experimentally and it came out just fine)
Heat the oven to 225C.
Wash potatoes and cut them in halves (leaving the skin).
Sprinkle the spices and seeds on little plates.
Dip the flat sides of the potato halves in spices or seeds.
After that oil the skin of the potatoes.
Prepare the pan laying it with parchment paper and place the potatoes onto it with the flat sides up.
Bake for 20-25 min or until soft.
